We’ll agree on the scope, investment, and direction. Your initial payment gets the project underway—then I develop the design, source the details, and refine the plan with you.

Once you’ve approved the design, I handle ordering and preparation. With everything ready, we move into your focused, 2–4 day on-site transformation.

Does everything really happen in 2–4 days?
The on-site transformation does. Design, sourcing, materials-prep, approvals, and ordering happen beforehand. Once the plan is approved and everything is ready, I bring it together in a focused 2–4 day install.
Can you work with what I already have?
Absolutely! Tell me what you love, what needs to stay, and what’s no longer working. I’ll build the design around those priorities. The goal is to create a beautiful, functional space that fits your life.
Do I need to know what I want?
Nope! Knowing what isn’t working is a perfectly good starting point. Tell me what frustrates you, how you use the space, and how you’d like it to feel. Or if its just empty wasted space that you want to turn into useful, beautiful space we get to imagine the possibilities! Helping you find the direction is part of my job.
What kinds of spaces do you work on?
Powder rooms, laundry rooms, entryways, small bedrooms, and finished porches or patios—as well as the spaces you’re not quite sure what to do with. That oversized stair landing. The awkward nook. The long hallway that feels more haunted hotel than home.
A space doesn’t need four walls and a door to deserve some attention. It needs a thoughtful plan for how it could look, feel, and work better. Closets are considered case by case; major renovations aren’t part of the offering.
How much should I budget?
Every transformation starts with a different space, so pricing follows the design and scope. Explore the project examples below to see what changed and what that level of transformation costs—including design, materials, and installation.
We’ll discuss your budget early and agree on the scope and investment before paid design work begins.
Will my space look like your style or mine?
Yours—with possibilities you might not have considered. Whether you’re drawn to quiet and calming or a little moody and sexy, the design starts with you. My job is to bring a thoughtful eye and fresh ideas, not give every client the same room.
When do I pay, and when does design begin?
We start with a conversation about your space, the direction, and your budget. Once we’ve agreed on the scope and investment, a signed agreement and 50% initial payment get your project underway. Custom design and sourcing begin after that; the remaining balance follows the payment schedule in your agreement.
Do I have to do the shopping or install anything?
That’s the beauty of it—you don’t have to turn this into another project on your list. I handle the design, sourcing, ordering, and agreed installation details. Before transformation day, we’ll discuss anything you need to do to get the space ready.

Can I hire you for just one installation task?
I take on the whole vision—from design to finishing touches. Individual repairs or installation tasks aren’t offered as standalone services.
What does a transformation actually cost?
Laundry Room
The challenge
The laundry room worked—sort of. Everyday supplies were out of reach, the family’s only linen closet was overflowing, and the space needed to accommodate two litter boxes and cat feeders while keeping the wall-mounted hampers that already worked well.

Replaced wallpaper with creamy linen walls and painted existing cabinets deep charcoal, connecting the room to the rest of the home.

Added drawers and a butcher-block counter to bring everyday supplies within reach and create a useful work surface.

Built and installed shelving, adding storage and freeing up the upper cabinets for overflow linens.

Upgraded the hamper hooks and tailored the hanging bags for a neater, more secure fit.

Replaced two litter boxes with discreet enclosed designs, keeping the cats’ essentials in place.

The Closet
The challenge
The closet had plenty of potential, but wire shelving and an awkward layout weren’t making the most of it. Without drawers, the client hung clothes she would rather fold, while socks and undergarments were crammed into cubby bins.

- Removed all the wire shelving and supports.
- Painted the walls a soft beige to keep the space light since there is no natural light.
- Installed new steel rods and supports for hanging items.
- Installed custom solid wood shelving around the perimeter, and two shelves above each of the dressers for additional storage.
- Added two substantial dressers adding significant storage.
- Installation included building dressers and fabricating shelves.

The challenge
This space had been under served for half a decade - a dead space that would collect overflow shipping boxes and junk. The family didn't have a lot of storage concerns, but they had a tight budget and they just wanted a pretty and welcoming space they they pass through everyday.
